The name says it all. ACTSHEON™ (pronounced action) was born from a simple but powerful truth: Women don’t need more permission—we need more spaces that reflect our power in motion. 

This brand was born from a question I’ve heard countless women ask in one form or another.

“How do I go to my next level—without waiting, apologizing, or burning out in the process?” 

I created this space to help answer that question—with clarity, with strategy, and with soul. 

After more than 22 years of service in the U.S. Air Force—where I served as a Senior Executive Leader, Master Instructor, Trusted Advisor—I’ve coached over 35,000 professionals. From brand-new recruits and first-time supervisors to high-ranking executives at the Pentagon.  

And what separates those who plateau from those who rise? It’s not just talent. Not even just drive. It’s the decision to move with intention, even when no one’s rooting for you. 

And that’s where ACTSHEON™ comes in.

Why This Is Personal 

I grew up in Brooklyn, NY, where poverty and grind were the norm. I was raised by a powerhouse single mother who modeled what it means to show up with both grit and grace. 

I climbed the ranks to become one of the top 2% of the Air Force's Enlisted force, and one of fewer than 0.05% of African American women to reach that level of senior leadership. 

But let me be clear: it wasn’t just a ladder of achievement. It was a journey that demanded my whole self—and gave me back even more. 

That journey continues. 

I’m currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Management with a focus on Executive Coaching—not to pad a résumé, but to deepen my ability to serve you. 

Because this mission isn’t just about me—it’s about us. 

It’s about the women on the edge of their next chapter. The ones who need just one good push, one insight, one real conversation to move forward. 

The women who know there’s more to become.
